I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it was an amazing experience. The staff here are absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Eric, in particular, was a standout. He provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and even arranged for a doctor when I fell ill. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the room, which was spotless thanks to the diligent work of the maids and staff. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's wifi was the best I've experienced in all of Mexico, allowing me to stay connected effortlessly.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location is truly unbeatable, being just a stone's throw away from the main square and within walking distance of all the local sites.

We had an amazing stay in this city! The hotel's location was perfect, right in the historic district, within walking distance of all the local sites. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. They provided us with great recommendations for nearby restaurants and transportation options. The hotel facilities were fantastic too, including free parking and delicious breakfast. Moreover, the hotel was extremely clean and tidy, making our stay even more comfortable.

Had a great time ringing in the new year at this hotel! the rooms were nice and spacious, bigger than I expected. the location was key, super convenient to all the main attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the daily cleaning service- fresh towels and toiletries were provided every day.

The staff could have been more helpful and friendly. They didn't speak much English, which made communication a bit difficult.

The hotel we stayed at was amazing. The location was perfect, it was situated very centrally which made it easy for us to explore the area. the rooms were large and well-decorated, they had clear and big TVs with a variety of channels. The hotel also offered hot water which was great. The best part of the hotel was that the staff were very friendly and welcoming, they made us feel right at home.

Although our stay at the hotel was fantastic, there was one minor issue that we had to deal with. The hotel had thin walls which made it quite noisy.

Although the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, there is a cafe next door that offers a discount to those who stay at the hotel.
